I'm George, a church and wedding organist dedicated to bringing timeless elegance to life’s most meaningful ceremonies. The organ's majestic appearance and rich dynamics have the power to elevate any moment, whether it’s the first steps of a bride down the aisle or the hushed reverence of a Sunday morning service. My journey began as a teenager when I joined my hometown church choir. Fascinated by how a single instrument could fill an entire hall, I spent hours learning how to craft an atmosphere similar to what I witnessed at our yearly Chris Carol Services After earning my BA (Hons) degree from the Leeds Conservatoire of Music, I’ve gone on to establish myself as wedding musician performing for dozens of ceremonies & receiptions across the country. My repertoire spans centuries of organ literature. You’ll find classics like Bach’s “Prelude in C Major” and Mendelssohn’s “Wedding March” alongside modern favorites and bespoke arrangements. If you have a special request—perhaps a contemporary love song arranged for organ, or a hymn in a particular style—I’m happy to compose or adapt a version that fits your vision. In the church setting, I’m comfortable supporting the choir and soloists with sensitive accompaniment. My goal is always the same: to enhance worship, underscore sacred moments, and invite every listener into a deeper experience of faith and connection. When I’m not behind the console, you’ll find me researching new repertoire, collaborating with composers on fresh organ works, or sharing tips and tutorials amongst other aspiring organists online.
