20 years as pro vocalist working with a variety of bands across lots of genres from pop, jazz, 90s dance bands, soul and function bands. I am lead vocalist and arranger of band Nouveau Lounge. As a solo performer I use tracks and a high quality PA and can provide background music before and after the live vocal sets. I am a versatile vocalist performing modern pop songs, function repertoire (soul/pop/rnb) to jazz classics and easy listening repertoire.

just wanted to drop you a note to say that Phonic 45s were EPIC at the wedding last weekend. There are no other words to describe them, what a talented bunch! Was the most amazing day and they were a huge part of it. I would not hesitate in booking them again. Amanda was a joy to deal with and I think I’ve found a new best friend for life - she’s amazing! The swing trio were everything I wanted and fitted the theme perfectly. To see them playing as guests enjoyed canapés, champagne and a vintage funfair in the (thank goodness) August sunshine, made the wedding what is was.

We loved having Amanda perform at our Wedding! What what a great band, our guests haven't stopped talking about them.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

“I'll always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know.”

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

“Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, I can provide this for an additional charge."

How much time do you need to set up?

My setup is very fast. If the portable PA on a solo gig, this can be done in 15 mins. If as an acoustic duo allow up to 20mins for a quick soundcheck.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

My set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best for each event. From Jazz sets for themed events and VE day celebrations. To Wedding love songs for ceremonies and receptions and acoustic songs with my duo. To Party sets geared towards people dancing at 40th Birthday celebrations or public events.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes I'm fully contained, full PA, lighting, PLI and PAT certificates.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes I can, especially for Weddings. I'm happy to learn wedding aisle song or first dance song request.
