In most of the cases it's manageable if genuine reason otherwise it may cost extra.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

No DJ services but you can play music from your phone if required. DJ services available at extra cost.

How much time do you need to set up?

It depends on the event type but generally it takes about 30 mins without PA and 60 mins with PA

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes but this needs to be informed 2 weeks before at least.
