We are a fresh collective of Leeds-based musicians that bring together decades of professional experience on the UK function scene as well as countless tours through Europe and across the globe. Swing Amour formed as a group of Leeds Conservatoire graduates who share a love for the Parisian swing-manouche music of the 1920s and 30s for its combination of Gatsby-style elegance and repertoire of well-known classics that your whole party will know young and old. From upbeat swing sets that get parties dancing, to atmospheric background music for elegant soirées, we bring the adaptability and professional experience to tailor ourselves to suit any occasion while always delivering a vintage sophistication. Our line-up typically features two guitars, double bass, accordion and vocals — though we are adaptable, reducing down to duets or expanding the band depending on the needs of your event. We provide all the necessary equipment including PAT-tested amplification and lighting if required. With years of experience on the function scene, including hundreds of weddings, parties, graduations and corporate events, we have contributed to 5-star rated bands on Trustpilot, means we take the pressure off with a hassle-free addition to your day.
