Duo Rose are a contemporary duo with a passion for playing all genres from Bach to Billie Eilish . Rebecca Rose has a team of very talented violinists and cellists. The Duo's clever arrangements can rival the full sound of any string quartet. It is also kinder on clients budgets and we don't need as much space. The Duo are much in demand players for orchestras and as session musicians too and have many years experience in performing. Recording studios they've worked in include Abbey Road, Rockfield and Chapel Studios with incredible clients including HRH King Charles and Rock Royalty Tony Iommi, Spotify and Fujifilm. Duo Rose can create the perfect atmosphere for your event, from elegant background music to a show stopping concert performance with passion and flair, they can use amplification allowing them to cater for any audience size. Let their music enhance your special occasion including weddings, corporate events, festivals and concerts. We were absolutely blown away by Duo Rose. From the moment we started planning, Rebecca was so helpful, friendly, and responsive — nothing was ever too much trouble. On the day itself, Jules and Alison were just incredible. Their playing was so beautiful, it genuinely brought tears to our eyes (and our guests’!). The music created such a magical atmosphere — from the ceremony to the drinks reception, it was everything we hoped for and more. There was a last-minute timing hiccup during the ceremony (my walk down the aisle was much shorter than expected!), so the song I’d chosen didn’t have time to play. But Jules and Alison adapted so seamlessly, playing it instead while we signed the register — a moment we got to enjoy together, as husband and wife. It honestly meant the world. Having a live string duo made the day feel so special, and we’ll always be grateful for their talent, professionalism, and warmth. Thank you for being such a perfect part of our wedding — we’ll never forget it.
