We smashed it. The gig at The Cockpit in Marylebone (London) was a triumph. Four acts teamed up and created a unique event called 'SONG FOUNDATION'. The audience were thrilled and by the time The Soul Connection hit the stage the place was in ferment. Everyone was on their feet dancing to the unforgettable songs of Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, Etta James et al delivered with the unmistakable brio of one of this country's finest Soul bands

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes! Very occasionally we may need to use a 'dep' musician - these are occasional members of the band that cover if one is unavailable, however, the lead singers will always be those you see in the video

Do you have different line-up options?

To make sure we can recreate the magic sounds of the genre, we always play as a 10-piece as we find this is the best way to honour and capture the essence of the music and creates that rich, immersive sound experience that gets everyone moving. Our full band brings the perfect experience to your event while staying true to the sound you love!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can absolutely provide a curated playlist which we have tailored to ensure it works perfectly alongside our live set!

How much time do you need to set up?

Typically we'd require a minimum of 90 minutes to allow us to setup and soundcheck Other requirements; - Parking at the venue - 5m x 4m performance space - 6x accessible power points - Private, secure space for changing - Tea/coffee/water - Hot meal/buffet may be required for evening bookings Please contact us with queries or bespoke requirements

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

The songs listed are just an example of some of the most common songs we play regularly We tailor our setlist according to the type of event and we like to ensure that there is variety and a few surprises!

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes. If you don't have the need for us to bring our PA and sound tech, please let us know and we can discuss details to ensure that we still bring the experience that you expect

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We might not be able to play every song we'd like within a single set, but it could be that we already know it and it's in our repertoire Just let us know and we can have a chat about your specific requirements
