Vincent Bugozi is an African World Pop artist based in London with a focus on creating positive music and energetic live performances. The Vincent Bugozi project aims to combine different cultures, connect people through music, and help bring positivity and unity to people all over the world. A key goal for the band is to aid cultural integration, unity, and understanding. Currently, their strength lies with highly energetic and feel-good live performances, where they perform a combination of Afrobeat, Reggae, Afrocuban, and Pop. Their live shows are made even more unique thanks to their African Kitenge suits, handmade in Tanzania. Vincent Bugozi brings such energy, good vibes and joy to any gig that you are guaranteed to walk away with a smile on your face.

Vincent, I don’t even know where to start you were absolutely incredible. Honestly, the energy you brought was something else entirely. People haven’t stopped talking about you since! I’ve had so many messages from guests just talking about how much they loved your set. You didn’t just perform you connected. The room lit up the moment you stepped on stage, and somehow you kept that buzz going right to the very end. There’s something truly special about what you do the way you blend those Afro rhythms with modern flair is just magic. I knew you'd be great, but you completely exceeded expectations. I’m already looking forward to seeing you live again. I have no doubt your shows in london are an absolute party from start to finish. We booked Vincent Bugozi 5 piece band for our wedding after falling in love with his music on Spotify, especially “Tinga Tinga” and “My Darling”. But live? He’s on another level. Vincent doesn’t just perform to you he brings you into his world. During our wedding, he shared a heartfelt story behind “My Darling”, and it created this moment of real stillness. People actually stopped chatting and just listened. It was magic. Later, he curated a guided dance session rooted in East African movement styles. People were copying his steps, laughing, trying their best it was pure joy. He’s the fire, he really lit us all up.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

The spacious venue under Chealsea arena, Under the bridge. Infront of 2 million people online at ITV Walking the line show.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our line-up is as follows: Vocals, Guitar, Drums, Saxophone and bass. We also have 3 different options, Duo (Guitar Vocals) Trio (Guitar, Saxophone, Vocals) and Full band (Vocals, Keys, 2x Guitar, Bass, saxophone and live drums)

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible but if timings change just let us know and we will solve it together.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We will have to discuss this together.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Yes

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

I will always be creating a line up depending what the event is, But if there is a particular song you wish we can always arrange this together :)

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

No, We normally bring all our instruments but if PA is needed we will charge an extra fee to bring our own sound system.
