Emily has years of experience performing in weddings, functions, events and concerts. Repertoire ranges from classical to pop covers, and from jazz to film. She can take requests prior to events too! Emily graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music with a Master of Music degree, specialising in violin performance. Since then she's been performing across the UK and abroad. Emily regularly plays for the Fever Candlelight Concert series with the Grampian String Quartet. Some other recent highlights include performing with the BBC Philharmonic, Ministry of Sound Classical, Ulster Orchestra, Scottish Ballet and Down for the Count Swing Orchestra. Do you have different line-up options?

I can play as a soloist with backing tracks, in a violin/cello duo or a string quartet. My profile shows my songlist and prices for solo violin.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually need around half an hour to set up.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

My solo set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests have an amazing time. However, I'm definitely happy to chat through and make sure I find what works for your event. If you have any requests which aren't on my songfest, let me know a month in advance and I can provide up to 5 additional songs.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument, music stand and speaker (for backing tracks, if required).

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes, I am happy to learn new songs that aren't on my list, if you let me know a month in advance.
