Latest reviews of our Flautists in St Davids

"Max played the uilleann pipes at my dad’s funeral, both in the church and at the graveside, and I honestly can’t thank him enough. His playing was beautiful - deeply moving and full of emotion. You can truly feel the kindness of his soul in his music. Beyond his incredible talent, Max was thoughtful, compassionate, and incredibly organised. He guided us through the process with great care, asking helpful questions to ensure everything was just right. He arranged the details directly with the priest and conducted himself with such quiet professionalism and empathy throughout. We’re so grateful to have had him there on such an important day. Max brought comfort and grace when we needed it most."

Can any flautist play my favourite song?
Professional flautists will often take requests, but you will need to give them plenty of notice. Please also keep in mind that flautists may ask for an small additional fee to prepare songs that aren't already on their song list. You can view the flautist's song list on their Encore profile.
How much time do flautists take to set up?
Your flautist will usually arrive about an hour or so before their performance begins to set up and get settled before they start playing. To avoid any delays, make sure the performance space is ready for the flautist prior to their arrival.
My venue has asked for the performer’s PLI & PAT inspection certificates. What are these?
PLI stands for Public Liability Insurance. This insurance covers damage to another person or their property (it is also known as third party insurance). As many of our flautists are members of the Musician's Union, they are already covered by PLI up to £10 million. PAT stands for portable appliance testing. Most of our flautists will already have a PAT inspection certificate for their musical equipment/PA system, which they can provide to your venue if they need it.
