"Rob was probably the best vendor we worked with for our wedding - he was friendly, proactive, responsive, accommodating, professional, and generally went out of his way to make everything interaction special for us. Before we’d even booked him, after initially making contact, Rob had made a personalised recording for us of him playing a song we’d chosen (Pure Shores by All Saints), all in less than 24h from the initial contact. He clearly has massive talent as an artist as well; he was able to quickly improvise covers of songs that weren’t in his repertoire during the pre-wedding call we had with him, which made it so much easier for us to really imagine how things would sound and what would work best for the vibe we were hoping to create. On the day itself, Rob turned up early, and played everything we’d discussed beautifully and in a way that blended seamlessly with the rest of the day. We got so many compliments on his playing from our guests. 12/10 service - we couldn’t have hoped for anything better."
