"Tom was exceptional (and I have very high standards!). He really plays the guitar, not just strums it... he has an excellent voice, he also writes his own songs... he is prepared to add to his repertoire... he is a delightful person and connects well... he can deliver meaningful emotional material as well as get everyone dancing and having a great time. I really picked a winner and recommend him very highly."

PLI stands for Public Liability Insurance. This insurance covers damage to another person or their property (it is also known as third party insurance).
